Mr. Dawadi is governance and planning expert with extensive experiences on federalization, local governance, strategic planning, local level statistics and data management, capacity development, results based planning and monitoring. He has led the process for preparation local official data with local level information management system, resource mapping and preparation of periodic/comprehensive/sectoral plans of more than 60 Local Governments, local level revenue management and revenue management action plans and train local government elected officials and staff on local governance operation, planning management, fiscal decentralization with financial assistance form different development partner including DFID, USAID and UN Agencies.Currently, Mr, Dawadi is working for preparation of Medium Term Expenditure Framework and Result Framework of First Periodic Plan of Province 3 on behalf of Province Policy and Plan Commission and developing integrated social accountability tool for local governments from National Association of Rural Municipalities in Nepal with financial support form World Vision International, Nepal. He is currently associated in number of professional organizations focusing on governance, planning and capacity building in different capacities.
